Uptown Central Park is an upscale retail / office development. It was designed for and developed by The Silver Companies. It includes 94,000 square feet of retail and dining, 113,200 square feet of office space and an Ice Skating facility.

The colorful Art Deco style was inspired by Miami’s South Beach and invigorates the Fredericksburg area by providing exciting shopping and dining experiences as well as office space. The buildings form a central boulevard that provides a unique sense of place, making Uptown Central Park unique in the area.
